Calling Endorsed AOD Nurse Practitioners

Next Gen Nurse Practitioners is seeking endorsed Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) Nurse Practitioners who are interested in becoming mentors for aspiring Nurse Practitioners working towards endorsement.

Mentorship is a critical component of the Nurse Practitioner journey. Students undertaking their master’s studies require experienced NP mentors to support their clinical development, meet course requirements, and ultimately achieve endorsement. Unfortunately, there is currently a significant shortage of available mentors, creating a barrier for many highly capable nurses pursuing advanced practice careers.

By sharing your knowledge, experience, and expertise, you can play a vital role in shaping the future AOD NP workforce and strengthening access to specialist care for our communities.
